Cancellation Policy
We appreciate prompt arrival for appointments. Please notify your counsellor for any late arrivals. If a client does not provide notice of cancellation within 10 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the amount will not be eligible for refund. If the client does not show up for a session, 100% of the counselling fee is non-refundable. Clients may inform their counsellors for cancellation of an appointment; however this message must be left at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
